Description

Add interfaces Quad and Dataset (equivalent to Triple/Graph) as well as common interfaces TripleLike and GraphLike.

This has been developed on the branch https://github.com/apache/incubator-commonsrdf/tree/quad

and discussed on https://github.com/apache/incubator-commonsrdf/pull/19
