Description
A combo box is a simple way to lookup a value and has a number of limitations;
an extended lookup should deal with these limitations; the idea is to activate a
new page in which one has more control over the interaction;
aspects:
- no limitations to the number of rows in a list (in big lists one can use
a pagination like interaction)
- multiple columns and control over which columns are shown and which are not
* control over filtering and ordening of rows
* returning multiple key values instead of only one key value
* lists will only be populated when they are requested for and are not a
part of the source page like combo boxes
