    Description

      With a pipeline that ends in an SQLTransformer query, if you serialize the
      output as XML and view it in a browser, the SQLTransformer namespace is
      declared twice in the rowset element.

      This doesn't appear to cause a problem in a pipeline where one or more
      transformations happen after SQLTransformer.
