Description

Schema located at http://cocoon.apache.org/schema/configurator/cocoon-configurator-1.0.1.xsd allows to put <configurator:include-beans/> element as top-level which results in following exception:
org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.BeanDefinitionParsingException: Configuration problem: Cannot locate BeanDefinitionParser for element [include-beans]

Closer look at schema reveals that element is supposed to be child of <configurator:settings/>. Schema file must be restructured a little bit in order to avoid ambiguity.
