http://chemistry.apache.org/java/developing/guide.html#versioning provides some good example code for checkin/checkout. However, there's nothing on that at https://chemistry.apache.org/java/examples/example-create-update.html which is where many new users will first look

We should either bring over a (slightly simplified) section from http://chemistry.apache.org/java/developing/guide.html#versioning to the "Creating and updating CMIS objects" example page, or add a new "Versioning and Checkout/Checkin" example page with all of it
