Description

ZIP packages are enough (TGZ not needed). As discussed on the list (http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/chemistry-dev/201210.mbox/ajax/%3CCAK3ZeLZazu_Mq9gCP%2BzezUL7x8ONNCLqdh5ukkqA9y_yPrqPCA%40mail.gmail.com%3E), they should be removed from commodity packages and maven release.
