Environment

tested as not working with ws+ntlm Sharepoint and Documentum CMIS connectors, while atompub+ntlm works with the same repositories, and ws+basic works too.

Description

CMIS-531 adds support for NTLM auth via AtomPub binding only. WS binding still has only Basic auth support
