Description

Error messages relating to invalid UTF-8 and invalid format specifiers in CharBuf.c and String.c are printed directly to stderr to avoid infinite loops in case of invalid UTF-8. It's better to isolate the invalid UTF-8 or format specifier and throw with a meaningful error message.
