Description

Steps to reproduce.
1. configure the VPC and deploy a vm in tier network.
2. Acquire an ip from the additional public subnet ips.
3. configure the static nat on the additional public subnet ip and allow port 22 on
4. access the vm using ssh to public ip.
5. ssh is failed.
