Description

Steps to reproduce issue

1. Deploy a VM
2. Take snapshot of the root volume
3. Delete the snapshot
4. Before the garbage collector has run, shutdown the VM and assign the VM to other user.
5. When garage collector executes NPE shows in the logs.
