    Description

If a user tries to shrink the size of the root volume of a VM, the operation fails with an error
Going from existing size of 10737418240 to size of 8589934592 would shrink the volume.Need to sign off by supplying the shrinkok parameter with value of true.

Instead, the UI can simply not allow shrink operation on the ROOT volume. Throw a more user friendly message on the UI
"Shrink operation on ROOT volume not supported"
