Description

The API command getVirtualMachineUserData is assigned to the category 'User' in the API documentation.
For example, see: http://cloudstack.apache.org/api/apidocs-4.6/TOC_Root_Admin.html

I think the correct category should be 'Virtual Machine'.

This affects all versions back to 4.6.x and earlier.
