[CLOUDSTACK-8846] Performance issue in GUI - API command listVirtualMachines

Description

After upgrade to 4.5.2 from 4.2.1 we see strange performance issue.
This performance issue occure only when we want to configure VPC network.

Step to reproduce:

Menu Network -> Select view to VPC -> click Configure on any network and we have to wait always about 20 - 40 seconds to complete

The GUI call the following API command:
api?command=listVirtualMachines&listAll=true&response=json&networkid=3e861c31-3f8c-46d2-a515-871d98a51d08&_=1442246472629

Could someone confirm this situation ?
