Description

Consider supporting following SAML endpoint bindings that are possible with ACS API server implementation:
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-POST
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect
