Description

Steps:
1. Go to Instances --> NICs tab.
2. Click on the View Secondary IPs
3. Click on Acquire new secondary IP

There is No IP address validation for "Acquire new secondary IP". Additionally, this field should be a required field. Clicking "Ok" generates an IP, but it can be confusing to the end user.
