As an addition to ticket: http://bugs.cloudstack.org/browse/CS-5273

I encountered the same problem as mentioned above. White squares, screen not updating.

The fix for me was to turn off GSO and TSO via ethtool on the console proxy. After turning it off it did not have the issue anymore.
