Description

1- Create a new instance from a template that is dynamically scalable.
2- Restore the created instance to a new template that is NOT dynamically scalable. (API: restoreVirtualMachine)
3- You see in instance details that "Dynamically Scalable = Yes" but it should be updated to "No"
