Description

When createTemplate is used to create templates having the same name all of them get the same unique name and all duplicate name templates but one gets deleted during template sync.
This happens only in case of vmware creating template from the volume.
The fix should be Change the way of generating uuid and not keep it name based but generate a random uuid
