[CLOUDSTACK-7245] listIsos call does not return isdynamicallyscalable in the response attributes as mentioned in API docs

Description

There is no way to tell whether a particular iso listed is dynamically scalable or not. Even in the cloudstak UI, 'Dynamically Scalable' is listed in the template details while its not there in the ISO details.
