[CLOUDSTACK-6690] [UI] ListView while assigning VM to internal LB rule in VPC is not valid.

Description

1. Create VPC.
2. Create a tier network with network offering having support for internal LB.
3. Deploy a VM under this tier network.
3. VPC->tier->internal LB....Con figure internal LB.
4. Now assign the VM to internal LB.
While assigning we are haviing 2 options to select the VM.
Listview on left hand side is not valid.
Assigning the VM by using the Listview does not configure the lb rule:
