Description

For VMWare, failed to download Template when having 3 SSVM's in one zone
When trying to download template, a dialog with download URI like following displayed

https://<one ssvm ip>/userdata/06b2ae45-c681-4952-802b-2f64b5832720.ova

When trying to click on the link above, following error message is displayed in the browser.

"404 Not Found"

When replaced IP address of download URL with another ssvm ip, then we could download the template.
