Description

Following parameters are unused which were introduced in 3.0.6.
"xen.update.url", "update.check.interval", "baremetal_dhcp_devices", "host.updates.enable"

Following parameters are missing upon upgrade from 3.0.6 to 4.3
"vmsnapshot.create.wait", "vmsnapshot.max"
