Description

Step 1 : Create new 4.1 build and package on ubuntu 12.04
Step 2 : Run cloudstack-setup-databases and cloudstack-setup-management

Actual result

cloudstack-setup-management" not available in "/usr/bin", but you can see cloud-setup-management here

We need to change the name from "cloud-setup-management" to "cloudstack-setup-management"
