Description

For deployment using OpenStack Swift as secondary-storage; swift logs located on SSVM still used "VMOPS" /var/log/cloud/swiftxenserver.log

Also, some of the implementation code is outdated and contain unused code.

This improvement is to improved logging information and remove unmaintained code.
