Description

NAT loopback (hairpinning) is not working on VPC.
We are using a Zone with Advanced Network.

Within a VPC, a Server cannot reach its own public IP.
Static NAT is configured.
Egress and Ingress Rules are configured in the according VPC Tier Network's ACL.

The issue is only present on VPC.
It is working within an Guest Network.
