Description

Currently the API only allows to remove a system offering.

It would be helpful to allow to disable and enable an offerings in updateServiceOffering and to created a service offering disabled in createServiceOffering:

new field:

• name: enable
• description: Whether the service offering should be enabled or not.
• values: true/false
• default true
