Description

Environment:

• vCenter 6.0u3
• CloudStack 4.9.2.0 (Shapeblue)

Steps to reproduce:

• Create VM with dynamic compute offering
• Call "updateResourceCount" for related account
• Call "listAccounts" to view resource statistic for related account

Expected result:

• Correct values for "memorytotal" and "cputotal"

Actual result:

• CloudStack return zero for "memorytotal" and "cputotal" for each VM with dynamic compute offerings
