Description

Frames can be good for local documentation and Eclipse: to show the help without the header.

For the public site is a big disadvantage:
A. bad for SEO
B. no URLs to copy, paste and bookmark
C. no title change when navigating, also bad for accessibility
D. bad for printing
E. bad for mobile (would be of huge help if the Click site would be optimized for mobile devices too: we use mostly tablets to read documentation)
