Improve Tree to handle long labels in IE and methods for specifying width+height

          Description

          Long labels doesn't display correctly in IE6/7. Also need to add methods for programmatically specifying the tree width+height

            The Holly Hack is a very useful IE6/7 hack to add layout to elements. To apply this hack set the zoom css property:

            .treestyle a, .treestyle span.collapsed ...

            { zoom: 1; }
