General improvements to the Cayenne DataContextFilter:

• add Cayenne LifecycleListener support - http://cayenne.apache.org/doc/api/org/apache/cayenne/LifecycleListener.html
• replace Log4J logging with ClickLogging
• reduce synchronization scope
• update code to Cayenne 5
