[CLK-503] Ajax Data Grid (LiveGrid) example is not working.

Description

The LiveGrid example is not working under the latest stable FireFox version.
(It can be seen in the examples of the Avoka server)
The ScrolBar for the Grid is not displayed, nor does it work (i.e. is not paginating/scrolling while has the focus and the mose is scrolling or on page up/down).
There's no javascript error in the Error Console either.

I can remember that this example used to work (with previous versions of the Firefox).
