Description

Jakarta Commons FileUpload 1.1 has been released:
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/news/news-2005-q4.html#20051223.1
so we should upgrade to it since it has some bug fixes.

P.S. Please also include the sources as zip to allow IDEs to play nice. If it's not possible to use(download) them from the Maven repository, than IMHO we should include them in the click CVS untill Maven will support source packages for the jars libs too.
