Description

As pointed out in the thread http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.click.user/1385 macro.vm is not picked up when a war is not exploded. I have attached a patch to fix this issue. Not sure if there are other uses cases that depend on the current behavior. If everything looks in order I will apply the patch.
