[CLIMATE-711] conda-install won't source .bashrc properly

Description

The new conda-install script needs to source the .bashrc file post-miniconda install. However, if the bashrc checks for "interactive mode" (i.e., is PS1 set) it will fail to source the file and be unable to find conda.
