Description

Updating 'RCMES' (not OCW) has been under discussion for more a year now. We really need to update https://github.com/apache/climate/blob/jinwon-rcmet-2.1.3/src/main/python/bin/rcmet.py using the latest OCW libraries and provide the updated RCMES as one of examples. If needed, new classes and libraries would be added to OCW.
The goal of this update is replicating all the plots in Kim et al. (2013) papers on regional climate model evaluation in North America and Africa. Users should be able to customize the example by modifying a configuration file.
