    Description

      We need to transition and update the frontend tests to work with the new Yeomann, Grunt, and Bower powered dev environment. CLIMATE-355 covers fixing any of the tests that are broken for a number of reasons. This should focus on moving over any relevant tests to the new system while leaving the broken ones to CLIMATE-355.
