normalize_dataset_datetimes should take a timedelta to define a timestep

    Description

      It would be nice if normalize_dataset_datetimes tooks a timedelta value instead of a string for the timestep parameter. Many of the other dataset_process functions take a timedelta, so not having to manually convert these to a string for this would be nice!
