Description

I install cordova 5.3.3 globally.

I enter the following command:

$ cordova create killer-app
Creating a new cordova project.
Could not find directory: /home/gburnett/.local/share/npm/lib/node_modules/cordova/node_modules/cordova-lib/node_modules/cordova-app-hello-world

I navigate to cordova/node_modules/cordova-lib and enter the following command:

$ npm install

After this cordova create works.

Not sure if this is a cordova-cli issue or a npm3 issue but thought I would start here.
