Description

Document new <access> and <allow-navigation> attributes for iOS. Will be new in in the next release of cordova-lib.
These two new attributes are needed for App Transport Security (ATS):

minimum-tls-version (String) - defaults to "TLSv1.2"
requires-forward-secrecy (Boolean) - defaults to "true"
