[CB-9710] "cordova run android" fails to pick the best avd

Description

When running `cordova run android`, the scripts try to enumerate the AVDs available and parse the output from `android avd list` to determine which AVD matches the project requirements best.

Given some of the changes over time the output now doesn't match 100% of what the script expects causing it to skip some of the AVDs and falling back to a possibly incompatible AVD.
