[CB-9230] `cordova run ios` launches the emulator rather than talking to my device

Description

It used to be that `cordova emulate ios` started in the emulator, and `cordova run ios` started on my iPhone plugged in over USB.

Sometime in the last few months, I noticed that I have to now add --device (`cordova run --device ios`) to make it launch on the device; otherwise, `cordova run` just starts the emulator same as `cordova emulate` does.
