[CB-8876] WP8 Accelerometer implementation is unstable, causing autotests to fail

Description

Autotests occasionally fail on wp8 because accelerometer implementation on wp8 tries to call success callback too many times, even after sop() call, which causes some race conditions in accelerometer.js and as a result, it sometimes returns string "OK" instead of acceleration values.

WP8 implementation needs to be rewritten to provide more reliable and stable values.
