[CB-8481] backbutton can't be override in windwos universal

Description

Hi,

Simply
document.addEventListener("backbutton", onBackKeyDown, false);

Doesn't work (fire?) on windows "universal apps", as apps works on tablet/PC and mobile, mobiles has the back button and it will exit the app as soon as touched "no history".
