Description

Line cp commons-codec-1.6/commons-codec-1.6.jar ./framework/libs in create script causes error.

Fix was to do a mkdir framework/libs and then run the command cp commons-codec-1.6/commons-codec-1.6.jar ./framework/libs/

Pushing fix up now
