[CB-7855] FileTranswer.download doesn't always call successCallback directly

Description

sometimes (not always!) win callback in exec(win, fail, 'FileTransfer', 'download', [source, target, trustAllHosts, this._id, headers]) (line 201 in FileTransfer.js) called only with second call of fileTransfer.download function.

it means that sometimes I need to download 2 files to get callback from the first one.
