On cordova compile i always get apk named "CordovaApp-debug.apk"

    Description

      On 4.0.0 it looks like for android its not using the apps name as defined in config.xml, instead all my built APK files are always named "CordovaApp-xyz.apk" (xyz can be debug or release).
      What has changed? Do i need to update my config.xml for 4.0.0?
