The parameters are listed as

contactSuccess
contactError
contactFields
contactFieldsOptions
filter
multiple
   desiredFields

This is wrong in multiple ways. It should be:

contactFields
contactSuccess
contactError
contactFieldsOptions

filter, multiple, and desiredFields should be removed, or consistently tabbed over so they appear as options to contactFieldOptions.
