[CB-6861] Automated mobile-spec tests wont run with latest Contacts plugin

Description

With all repos checked out at master, run:

./cordova-mobile-spec/createmobilespec/createmobilespec.js --wp8

Then when you try to run the automated tests, you get a blank screen and the warning that deviceready has not fired. If you checkout cordova-plugin-contacts at the r0.2.10 tag (everything else still on master) and then create mobilespec, all tests run as expected.
