Description

The e2e tests duplicate some of the tests in spec/ dir. They were designed to be less fragile (less false alarms) by using less mocks and hitting the real file system. They are fairly stable for some time now and should be moved to spec overwriting the old duplicate tests.

Some coverage will be lost, separate issues will be filed to restore it.
