Description

The order of XML elements is important In the Windows Phone manifest file. (e.g. see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsphone/develop/ff769509%28v=vs.105%29.aspx#BKMK_EXTENSIONSelement). That's why we need to provide a way to specify where a specific element has to be added.
